"I'm a customer because when I need special services I can call Indra and get them. On three recent occasions, I was able to call Indra and get mail transferred from one of my accounts to another, and temporarily increase the size of my disk space in order to receive a big file from a customer's account that I needed. This list doesn't even count the services I've gotten from Indra over the years, which have actually been complex, and required extensive technical support.

None of these services would have been available with a big corporate ISP.
